Terms of Service

By engaging HK Defense Solutions for security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of all security services, including but not limited to armed and unarmed guards, personal protection, event security, and security consulting. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All security services provided by HK Defense Solutions are subject to a formal written service agreement or contract. This agreement will detail the scope of services, duration, pricing, specific security requirements, and any other relevant terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the terms of the service agreement shall prevail.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding security needs and site access.
• Ensure a safe working environment for HK Defense Solutions personnel.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed-upon service agreement.
• Notify HK Defense Solutions immediately of any changes to security requirements or incidents.

HK Defense Solutions is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and security-related data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with the express written consent of the client. Our personnel are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Invoices are typically issued on a weekly or monthly basis and are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Florida law.

HK Defense Solutions will exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing security services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or client negligence. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in the service agreement.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

HK Defense Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
